As an Owner, Miss Karrie strives to lead by example. Always putting the players, staff, & community at the forefront. She strives to maintain the most professional & positive environment for both the organization & Nightmare Nation. She has owned and operated her own business for 26 years with years of volunteer time giving back to the Community. Family is always her number one. Operating the Nightmare with her two children, and husband has been her greatest life achievement.

Dan has numerous years of coaching experience at the Youth, High School, & Minor League levels. After taking a break from coaching, ownership was his next aspiration. He is a Retired Firefighter and currently works in Safety Management in the Oil & Gas Industry. He strives to maintain a Championship caliber organization for all involved.

In his first year with the Nightmare, Coach Ray brings nearly 30 years experience to NOCO. He has an astonishing six losses on his coaching resume, along with numerous State & National Championships. Ownership is excited to bring his winning mentality to a proven culture within Nightmare Football. Off the field, Coach Ray takes great pride in his family and enjoys cooking.

As a native of Weld County, Coach Soto has participated in sports since the age of 5, having coached for 30+ years at both the high school and collegiate level. In addition to coaching, he has been employed by the City of Greeley for nearly 30 years. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, smoking meats, and cooking on the griddle. Recently he and his wife have became grandparents and are loving the journey!

Entering his 8th year with the Nightmare Organization, “Heinz” is focusing all of his efforts on coaching the Offensive Line. As a six year player for the Nightmare, he was voted Most Valuable Offensive Lineman in both ’18 & ’19. Heinz has an extreme amount of knowledge and is a leader both on and off the field. We look forward to continuing seeing him excel in his leadership role with a goal of having the best Oline league wide.

Following her passion of sports photography Miss Blake captures the heart and soul of Nightmare Football through her up close and personal videos. Her creative talents shine through week after week. You will also find Blake assisting with all pre and post game duties. Sara is a Colorado Native graduating from the University of Northern Colorado in 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training. She has worked in the high school setting since graduation and been with the Northern Colorado Nightmare since their opening season in 2017. Sara enjoys all things outdoors, especially hiking with her dog, Chisum.
